As a Technical Writer at DigitalRoute you will

Be part of our global DevOps team, where you will be working with operating, develop and monitoring our Services that are used 24/7 all around the globe. 

  • Perform daily operations for all hosted solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain DevOps specific tools
  • Maintain strong security awareness for both internal systems and subscribed services
  • Be responsible for maintaining and develop the company’s established frameworks (test, deploy, build etc)
  • Perform L3 Support.
  • Develop Emergency Bug fixes
  • Do proactive work with life cycle management and outage prevention
  • Occasionally do on-call duty for 24/7 support

Integration Architect within Schengen

We are now looking to strengthen the team EMEA-team with a Integration Architect. The team is today distributed all over Europe so you can be located anywhere within Schengen.

About the role

In this role, you will be leading the design of DigitalRoute’s deployments across the EMEA region. You will be working with the interface between DigitalRoute’s platform and the SAP product suite in various domains. Together with SAP, our new premium partner, we are opening up many new markets and opportunities within the EMEA region. Your role in this is to be DigitalRoute’s representative on this exciting journey!

As an Integration Architect, you will mainly be working on the following tasks:

  • Act as trusted client interface for technical discussions and architectural decisions
  • Understand and drive business opportunities
  • Lead and drive design workshops and gather business requirements within the specific domain
  • Conclude solution overview and design
  • Guide DigitalRoute´s technical lead during the deliveries
  • Work closely with sales and the solution team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process

The position will be operating in the whole EMEA region. This means that you will be traveling frequently to our customers within the region.

What we are looking for

To be a good fit for the role, we think that you have experience as Integration Architect / Solution Architect / Technical lead within some of the areas that DigitalRoute operates in. If you have worked with SAP it is a bonus but for this role, it’s more important that you are business-driven and thrives on taking initiative to innovate and define creative solutions ultimately delivering the most value to our clients.

We believe that you have: 

  • Good experience within solution architectue
  • Strong communication skills are of utmost importance. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required
  • Excellent technical presentation skills
  • College educated, preferably an MSc

Project Manager

DigitalRoute is now looking to strengthen the regional team in Stockholm, Sweden, with a Project Manager.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be a big part of the different projects DigitalRoute operates. You will be the one who makes sure the planning and execution of the project reach the goals within time, budget and agreed on quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will for example work on the following tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
  • Solve technical and non-technical challenges throughout the life of the project
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end user, and management
  • Participate in budget development and evaluate how project-plan changes impact cost and schedule

The position is based in central Stockholm, Sweden at our newly renovated office, but the role is operating in the whole EMEA region. This means some traveling to some our customers within the region. 

What We Are Looking For

To be a good fit for this role, we think that you have experience as a Project Manager in projects within Telecom or integration as these are some of the biggest areas that DigitalRoute works in.

We believe that you have:

  • Good experience of Project Management, preferably within integration projects
  • Strong communication skills are of utmost importance. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required. French is a plus
  • Certification within Project Management, Prince2 or PMP is a plus
  • Excellent technical presentation skills
  • College educated, preferably an MSc
