Customer Engagement Manager

We're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who brings experience with delivering small, medium and large cloud integration and data management projects.

In this role, you will be located at our office in Alpharetta, Atlanta.

Who are you?
As Customer Engagement Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with DigitalRoute’s largest and most complex customers in the Americas. Candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful DigitalRoute deployment and adoption.

We believe that you
will be able to plan and execute work according to deadlines and within budget. This includes managing matrixed resources and business stakeholders and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Customer Engagement Manager should be able to adapt various project methodologies to deliver the project.

 You will qualify by having:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related function is required
  • Must be able to navigate through competing/shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem­ solving capabilities
  • Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction
  • Project, vendor, people, stakeholder management and strong communication skills are a must
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business need

As Technical Account Manager at DigitalRoute, you will
Oversee multiple implementations and lead a team. Exceed expectations. Work with Customers in a region/across the country in a timely and cost-effective manner while exceeding customer expectations. Sole responsibility for client satisfaction, track project schedules and serve as liaison between internal departments and designated client points of contact.

We're looking for Implementation Consultants who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, cloud services, large-scale system implementation, networking and data storage, security and machine learning; the list goes on and is growing every day.

In this role you will be located at our office in Alpharetta, Atlanta.

Who are you?
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work on specific projects critical to DigitalRoute Customers' needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our Implementation Consultants to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

We believe that you

  • Have a BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Have minimum 3 years of customer facing technical project engineering experience.
  • Possess cloud implementation experience in cloud architecture/design, compute/storage services.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration management, systems integration, systems development life cycle methodologies and quality assurance.
  • Skilled at UNIX, Linux, VMWare, virtualization, AWS and hardware architecture.
  • Skilled at Java, Java based applications and architecture.
  • Experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL database (Hadoop).

As Implementation Consultant at DigitalRoute, you will
develop, test, implement and validate correct functionality and operations of DigitalRoute products based on scripts, configurations and workflows. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of requirements, developing functionality from requirements, testing at a unit and functional level as well as assisting with testing during the integration, end-to-end, user acceptance and performance testing phases.
