We are looking for talented L3 Support Engineer that want to participate in building on the success story of DigitalRoute.

As part of our DevOps team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of today's most exciting problems in big data and real-time data processing. We believe that you

  • Are open-minded and like to work in a highly collaborative environment

  • Are fluent in English, both verbally and written

  • Enjoy working in a global company

  • Have working experience in Red Hat, Ubuntu or similar

  • Have a couple of years of working experience in Java

  • Have working experience in troubleshooting JVM and Java-applications

  • Have worked with Jira, Git, Salesforce or similar

  • Have a good understanding of telco: Diameter, Radius, Aggregation, etc.

  • Have worked with various databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Derby, Couchbase, etc.)

  • Can interpret Jstacks, Jmaps, and Stack-traces

  • Are interested in Cloud and AWS-infrastructure

  • Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes

 

As a L3 support Engineer at DigitalRoute, you will

  • Be a part of our L3-team, which is a part of DevOps

  • Troubleshoot advanced customer cases

  • Reproduce bugs that may occur in the platform

  • Handle emergency bug fixes

  • Work closely with engineers and other support-teams

  • Work proactively with life cycle management and outage prevention

We are now looking for a full-time Senior Solutions Architect.

As Solution Architect at DigitalRoute you will be

  • Responsible for DigitalRoute solution designs across client implementations
  • Leading our solution definition for offerings related to next generation telco network integration (related to 5G and NFV), mostly focused on monetization (BSS) and Policy (PCRF/PCF)
  • Providing subject matter expertise in the data mediation product, MediationZone
  • Acting as a design authority and decision point for assigned projects
  • Designing high-performance batch and real-time data mediation architecture; acting as the design authority, reviewing all product configuration
  • Providing the client with detailed configuration guidance; guiding and directing clients on the data mediation product, MediationZone, key features, functions and deployment options
  • Providing  proven experience in defining and executing full performance and operational benchmarks to demonstrate performance capabilities; gathering customer requirements and acting as a trusted client interface for both technical and general account issues
  • Providing sales and pre-sales interaction with the customer and field appropriate customer questions; producing project effort estimation as part of the sales process based on pre-sales input; providing input about changes and enhancements to products within DigitalRoute product family
  • Performing other duties as needed

We think that you have

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 5 years of experience in a position with same job duties

Experience must have been progressive and must have included pre-sale, technical lead, solution management, or consultative, selling role of software solutions in telecom/IT industry.

We also believe that you have experience from

  • 4G/5G/NFV/EPC/BSS/OSS exposure from an international vendor and/or telecom operator
  • cloud implementation
  • cloud architecture/design
  • compute/storage services
  • MediationZone architectural design
  • implementation and performance tuning
  • UNIX, Linus, VMWare, virtualization, AWS and hardware architecture
  • Java, Java based applications and architecture; Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL database (Hadoop).

30% travel is required to on-site client meetings, mostly in the U.S. with occasional trips to Mexico City, Mexico and Toronto, Canada. Background check required.
