We believe that you have

  • University degree in related subject
  • Computer literate – both personally and from a business context.
  • Experience in project management within the telecommunication domain.
  • Experience in People management.
  • Fluency in English, reading and writing.
  • Preferable certificates as Project Manager, e.g. Prince2 or PMP.
  • A will to travel within Europe and North-America

As Project Manager at DigitalRoute, you will

  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and budget.
  • Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
  • Monitor performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end user and management.
  • Participate in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule.

Customer Engagement Manager

At DigitalRoute, we work at lightning speed. Our products need to handle information at massive scale and extend well beyond billing mediation. We're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who brings experience with delivering small, medium and large cloud integration and data management projects.

In this role, you will be located at our office in Alpharetta, Atlanta.

Who are you?
As Customer Engagement Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with DigitalRoute’s largest and most complex customers in the Americas. Candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful DigitalRoute deployment and adoption.

We believe that you
will be able to plan and execute work according to deadlines and within budget. This includes managing matrixed resources and business stakeholders and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Customer Engagement Manager should be able to adapt various project methodologies to deliver the project.

 You will qualify by having:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related function is required
  • Must be able to navigate through competing/shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem­ solving capabilities
  • Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction
  • Project, vendor, people, stakeholder management and strong communication skills are a must
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business need

As Technical Account Manager at DigitalRoute, you will
Oversee multiple implementations and lead a team. Exceed expectations. Work with Customers in a region/across the country in a timely and cost-effective manner while exceeding customer expectations. Sole responsibility for client satisfaction, track project schedules and serve as liaison between internal departments and designated client points of contact.
