We are looking for talented L3 Support Engineer that want to participate in building on the success story of DigitalRoute.

As part of our DevOps team, you will have the opportunity to work on some of today's most exciting problems in big data and real-time data processing. We believe that you

  • Are open-minded and like to work in a highly collaborative environment

  • Are fluent in English, both verbally and written

  • Enjoy working in a global company

  • Have working experience in Red Hat, Ubuntu or similar

  • Have a couple of years of working experience in Java

  • Have working experience in troubleshooting JVM and Java-applications

  • Have worked with Jira, Git, Salesforce or similar

  • Have a good understanding of telco: Diameter, Radius, Aggregation, etc.

  • Have worked with various databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Derby, Couchbase, etc.)

  • Can interpret Jstacks, Jmaps, and Stack-traces

  • Are interested in Cloud and AWS-infrastructure

  • Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes

 

As a L3 support Engineer at DigitalRoute, you will

  • Be a part of our L3-team, which is a part of DevOps

  • Troubleshoot advanced customer cases

  • Reproduce bugs that may occur in the platform

  • Handle emergency bug fixes

  • Work closely with engineers and other support-teams

  • Work proactively with life cycle management and outage prevention
