Do you have a passion for delivering high quality HR support with continuous improvement mindset? If so, we are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our team!

As HR operations Specialist, you will be responsible for making sure our HR and employee life cycle processes are running smoothly, offering a great employee experience for our employees across the globe. You will also be the super user for our HR Information System, ensuring it’s supporting our company in the best way.

So, how will you be spending the days? You will…

  • Ensure our employee lifecycle processes run smoothly, such as onboarding, offboarding and employee changes
  • Be the super user and system owner of our Global HRIS including configurations, refining and development of processes and trainings of employees
  • Manage and Maintain employee data and records in our HRIS, ensuring that the information is accurate, reliable and that the process is compliant with policies and regulations
  • Support HR and managers throughout the recruitment process, with scanning of CV:s, call references, administer job ads etc.
  • Administer employee trainings in our LMS tool and ensure completion of mandatory training for information security and compliance
  • Prepare and administer our salary review process to make sure that work smoothly for our managers
  • Handle work permit application and coordinate the whole process for both new and extended permits.
  • Work in various HR projects
  • Support HR Business Partners and SVP Human Resources in various tasks, such as labour law, rehabilitation processes etc.

We believe that you:

  • Have a university degree, majoring in Human Resources or comparable
  • Have at least two-three years of experience from the HR field, working with a variety of different HR processes
  • Have experience from supporting managers/HR throughout the recruitment cycle, in basic labor law issues, rehabilitation, visa applications etc.
  • Are a techy person, who can easily grow into the role as expert of our HRIS
  • Are fluent in English

In addition to the above, you have excellent organizational skills and pay good attention to details. You are service-minded in your approach and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise. To succeed in the role, you have a pro-active mindset and demonstrates initiative to find solutions to problems. Previous experience from working in an HR Information System is a plus.  

You will be part of our global HR team, located in Stockholm, and report to SVP Humas Resources.
