Usage-based business models are taking off in a big way. Why not pay only for what you use? DigtalRoute, the new standard for usage-based revenue, is looking for a Head of Marketing that can take on an entire region for us – North America. Working directly with our CMO, you’ll help create a regional go-to-market plan, execute marketing and branding campaigns, and develop our partner relationships. You’ll work closely with our American sales and partner team and be the driving force of our North American marketing.

So what is our product? It’s the Usage Data Platform, the only software purpose-built to help companies process data about how a customer uses a service, so that data can be used for billing. We built it 20 years ago so telecoms could precisely bill customers for their calls and data usage. Today it’s also used by some of the world’s biggest brands to launch usage-based business models, consolidate financial systems, and automate quote-to-cash processes. Every time you make a phone call, book a flight, or watch a streaming service, there is a good chance our Usage Data Platform is involved.

Our solution helps our enterprise software partners and end customers process the massive amounts of complex data that usage-based business models generate.

What you'll be doing

  • You’ll work directly with our CMO and our Americas regional head to develop and coordinate a marketing and brand strategy for North America, and to ensure alignment on OKRs and mutual success.
  • You’ll create and execute go-to-market campaigns and demand generation initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue. This is a new position for DigitalRoute, with a lot of potential, so we’re looking for someone with a lot of ideas and energy.
  • You’ll work closely with our sales team and partner ecosystem in the US, ensuring they have the right marketing materials, sales enablement, and partner enablement to achieve our goals.
  • You’ll also work with our corporate branding to ensure its messaging resonates on both the corporate and partner level.

Your background and abilities

  • This is a senior role, requiring at least 10 years of experience in marketing, partner or channel marketing, and brand building.
  • You should be able to recruit the right candidates to build the marketing team in the region and effectively manage our marketing resources.
  • Understanding the CPQ and billing market is helpful.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise software, complex partner ecosystems, and the global tech industry.
  • University degree or equivalent.

You should love working and collaborating with people to be a good fit for this role. You should feel comfortable working with and learning from account executives, sales representatives, and subject matter experts. Communication skills are incredibly important in order to manage these relationships and explain to others how our product works and why it is unique.
