We are looking for a talented Onsite technician that want to participate in building on the success story of DigitalRoute.
You will be part of our Internal IT team and have an important role in our journey to become a key business enabler for our organization. You will contribute and help build the new structure and processes.

We have a comprehensive technical platform based on virtualization (VMware). We run both Linux and Windows and the infrastructure is primarily hosted by an outsourcing partner.
Our workplace IT consists of both Windows and Apple which requires knowledge about both platforms.

Provide L1 and L2 support for DigitalRoutes workstations, laptops (Windows and MAC), printers, mobile phones (Android and iOS), video conference and end-user systems
Install and configure all workstations and laptops (both Windows and MAC)
Maintain our asset management system
Coordinate with L3-support and business application owners, assisting the System administrators to ensure system availability
Provide support and troubleshoot remote for all our end-users across the globe
Manage our Active Directory and Azure AD
Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software incidents
Coordinate incidents with third party system and service providers
Periodically work on-call for L1 and L2 support in other time zones (Asia and USA)
Collaborate with our outsourced servicedesk
Have experience and worked with Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, MacOS, Apple products, MFP printers, Microsoft Office 365, AD, Azure AD, MDM (Intune - is merited), SSO and MFA
Have strong customer service orientation and enjoy putting in that extra effort to deliver the best support
Are open-minded and like to work in a highly collaborative environment
Have the ability to present technical information in a professional and user-friendly language
Enjoy working in a global company
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
