We are now looking for an Office manager to our office in Stockholm, where we have around 110 employees. You will be part of our amazing HR/Office team, together with five other colleagues and you’ll report to the SVP Human Resources. This is a temporary position to cover for a maternity leave during the period from July 2021 to August 2022.

As Office manager at DigitalRoute, you will
Have the overall responsibility for our offices in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg and Östersund), creating conditions for a great employee experience every day. As you will be located at our head office in Stockholm, where we most of our employees, your daily focus will primarily be on the Stockholm office. Currently, all of our employees are working from home due to the pandemic, but hopefully this will change in a few months from now.

As office manager, you will have broad role including the following responsibilities:

  • Drive local and global employee engagement initiatives and activities in order to create a great employee experience for our DigitalRouters
  • Handle office suppliers
  • Purchase of office supplies and consumables
  • Fire safety and physical security
  • Coordinate and book events
  • Coordinate staff meetings for all employees
  • Welcome material and badges to new employees
  • Manage hotel and travel bookings
  • Support the CEO/management team in various administrative tasks 

Who are you?
We believe that you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are a creative out-of-the-box-thinker, with a positive, problem-solving, and collaborative approach. With great organizational and planning skills you like to work very independently, and you love doing that little extra for your colleagues to create a great atmosphere around you.

We believe that you

  • Have at least 2+ years of experience from a similar role within office management or similar
  • Are used to handle and evaluate suppliers
  • Are fluent in English (as we are a true global company with employees from many different nationalities)
  • Have excellent communication and administrative skills
