Product Manager

The Role

We are now looking for a Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product Management, to join our team. You will have full responsibility for a commercial or cross functional area of our product, leading development teams together with your technical architect peer. You will be the central part in the company's offering in your area of responsibility and thereby play a central part in shaping and executing our vision and future direction.

You have good understanding of the market and skills in analyzing and positioning products to be competitive. You have experience from Product Management and experience in working with the full product life cycle, including leading talented product development teams present in Sweden and Malaysia.

As Product Manager you will

  • Drive the full Product Lifecycle process in area of responsibility – everything from market input, creation of business case to requirements and feature acceptance. This includes ownership of the Product Roadmap for the respective Product Line/Area as well as managing the Product’s Profit and Loss
  • Communicate and share information and vision around the market, value propositions, roadmap and new features for existing and upcoming releases.
  • Engage closely with the development teams in the form of a “Product Owner” to ensure timely and qualitative deliveries.
  • Build market and customer awareness around area of responsibility, including material around new product releases and work with the Marketing department to develop Product Marketing strategy and Product Marketing materials
  • Work with other Product Managers to ensure product consistency, sharing of intelligence and overall prioritization.


Who you are

  • You are experienced in leading and coaching in every aspect of the product life cycle, from customer specific use cases to how-to documents in terms of technology.
  • You have a solid understanding of the economics aspects of the Product Lifecycle and can create and manage business cases and the profit and loss elements of your product lines/areas
  • You are familiar with high-performance computing, distributed and mission critical software systems deployed in an on-premise or in an “as-a-Service” cloud context.
  • You have knowledge of machine learning, mobile telecommunications networks, cloud services (Platform as a Service or Software as a Service), Internet of Things or IP networking products.
  • You have experience from working in an agile development environment.
