The role

We are now looking for a Head of Product Management, reporting to the CTO, to join our team. You will be the key owner and driver for the roadmap of our products and service. You will play a central part in shaping and executing our vision and future direction.

You have proven capability to development a good understanding of the market and skills in analyzing and positioning products to be competitive. You have experience from Product Management and leading the full product lifecycle across a category of products.

As Head of Product Management You Will

  • Work with the CTO and the Leadership Team to refine and evolve the Product Vision, market positioning and overall Product Roadmap
  • Drive a team of Product Managers and Analysts that in turn own the full Product Lifecycle process in area of responsibility – everything from market input, creation of business case to requirements and feature acceptance. This includes ownership of the Product Roadmap for the respective Product Line/Area as well as managing the Product’s Profit and Loss
  • Communicate and share information and vision around the market, value propositions, roadmap and new features for existing and upcoming releases.
  • Evangelise externally and internally about the Product Vision, Product Roadmap and tell stories about our customer’s journey, pain points and how we help them to digitalise, optimise and monetize their services and data
  • Ensure that Product Managers engage closely with the development teams in the form of a “Product Owner” to ensure timely and qualitative deliveries.
  • Work with the Marketing department to develop Product Marketing strategy and Product Marketing materials
  • Work with other Product Managers to ensure product consistency, sharing of intelligence and overall prioritization.
  • Ensure an overall Profit and Loss is managed across all the Product Areas/Lines including follow-up on revenue generated and costs
  • Work with the CTO to plan investment across the Product Portfolio
