  • Help us to establish the UX and design driven process at DigitalRoute  
  • Be working with visual design and user experience design
  • Work closely with engineers, product owners and project managers to ensure product quality
  • Create design documents that describe the user experience including customer journeys, personas, use-cases, site maps, process flows, storyboarding etc.
  • Have a close collaboration with the other UX designers & developers both remotely and in-house

About the role

In the role of Sales Director Enterprise, you will be part of the Region EMEA team and work in an international team with members in Sweden and abroad. The Sales Director Enterprise is responsible for the acquisition of new Enterprise clients with a focus on the Nordics. Who you are

We are now looking for a engineering manager for Northern EU. You will be based in Stockholm and have direct reports in Stockholm and Gothenburg. You get excited about getting your employees to fire on all cylinders in terms of engagement and growth and you get a satisfaction from removing any impediment that could interfere with their progression. You have some leadership experience and you are curious about developing these skills further. You have great interpersonal skills and you do not shy away from having difficult conversations. 

As an engineering manager you will

  • Set performance objectives and conduct performance reviews
